Questa pagina intende raccogliere un elenco di tutti i collettivi il cui lavoro viene ritenuto assolutamente importante e fonte di riflessioni. Intendo iniziare con quei gruppi TransDisciplinari che si muovono al confine di differenti discipline: architettura, sociologia, arte, comunicazione e tecnologie della rete.

A+H (FR | arte | architettura | installazioni | allestimenti)

A+H si definiscono un “laboratorio culturale” conducono ricerche sulle nuove tecnologie legate al territorio. Hanno realizzato molti progetti tra cui allestimenti museali, installazioni, lavori artistici. (?? | arte | attivismo | sociologia ) is a long-term research project that seeks to develop speculative knowledge that subverts ordinary ways to employ, experience and measure space, time and language.

The day to day reality of is filled with projects. For most of them we encourage participation by persons known and unknown. Some of our projects are like whales, most are like plankton: the small ones feed the large ones.

Lab AU (BE)

LAB a + u definition: LABoratory for architecture and urbanism. LAB a+u establish a research on architecture and urbanism, in work processes as well as in the project itself, in relation to the concepts of information, space and perception and the fields of sociology, philosophy and economy.

Stalker (IT | architettura | sociologia | urbanistica | studio del territorio)

Enough Room for Space (ERFOTS)

Enough Room for Space (ERFOTS) is a non-profit organization founded in 2005 by Maarten Vanden Eynde and Marjolijn Dijkman. The aim of ERFORS is to create a mobile platform for site-specific projects. The nature of each project is outlined by its location, with its own number of participants, length, and predetermined concept. Sometimes this involves working with a curator or local artists.


TRANSCULTURES is a non-profit association founded in 1996 in Brussels by independent art critics and culturally committed viewers to promote and develop exchanges between different cultures and within the various contemporary arts. Since 1998, Transcultures focuses specifically on the various relationships between art/society/new technologies throughout an in-progress process of investigation of new forms of expression.

Transcultures ha organizzato un importante festival in Brussels tutto incentrato sul tema dei suoni. L`ultima versione e` dell`estate 2005.

  • i-~DAT is a creative playground for trans-disciplinary practice in digital art and technology.
  • It focuses on the transformation of data and the social implications of emergent cultural production.
  • i-~DAT aims to define and establish new fields of practice and critical discourse through the creative and innovative use of: digital architecture, ubiquitous computing, software art, networking, publishing/casting and other informational technologies.
  • i-~DAT integrates teaching, research and enterprise, as well as other creative output to disseminate its activities to its community and wider public.

netzspannung is an Internet platform for artistic production, media projects, and intermedia research. As an interface between media art, media technology and society, it functions as an information pool for artists, designers, computer scientists and cultural scientists.


Turbulence is a project of New Radio and Performing Arts, Inc. (NRPA), a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization that has as its core mission the commissioning of networked art by emerging and established artists. Since 1996 we have commissioned, exhibited and archived over 90 original works for Turbulence, and helped launch the careers of numerous artists.
